This is the view from the back of my halls last night. We're all moved in, and I've met most of the team now. It's very, very hot.
We went for our first team run this morning - did about 7 miles at a very easy pace. The heat is not great, but the humidity is unreal. It feels like running being suffocated.
First race is on Friday...yikes. Hopefully I get a bit more used to the weather by then!
